Today we will learn how to perform balances in pairs.
Warm Up
I jog slowly and on teacher’s command,
I balance:
i. on one leg (right / left).
ii. on two hands and two legs.
iii. on one hand and two legs.
iv. two hands and one leg.
Main Activity
