Warm Up
Let’s move around and on teacher’s signal, I:
i. freeze.
ii. shake the whole body (wiggle).
iii. run.
Main Activity
Let’s balance the rag ball / tennis ball on the racket / cardboard while:
i. walking.
ii. walking in between cones and hoops.
Cool Down
Walkaround the play area breathe in and out deeply.
